Warehousing

Every day, after the morning dispatch is over and throughout the rest of the day, the warehouse team re-orders, receives, labels and stores material on the shelves, ready to go out again. A state of the art customized inventory management system assists the team, telling them when items have been approved and therefore when they’ll be needed and where. The system allows us to ensure all materials are in stock in the right warehouse, in time for dispatch.

We also inventory client specified product and keep safety stock beyond currently approved projects. This safety stock, used to handle “rush”, quick-turnaround requirements, is part of the value we add to our service.

We have more than 25,000 sq ft of warehouse space, between our main office and our satellite offices distributed throughout southern Ontario. The warehouses also store all our in-house manufactured custom materials until they go out to a renovation site.
